Commissioning Lead (Offshore ICSS)

We are recruiting an experienced Offshore ICSS Commissioning Lead to support pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities on a major offshore Oil & Gas development.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore ICSS / ESD commissioning activities.
• Oversee pre-commissioning and system completion.
• Review and validate ITRs and check sheets.
• Manage MCC, CSA and RFSU readiness.
• Monitor EPC contractor commissioning progress.
• Participate in system walkdowns.
• Manage punch-list closure.
• Coordinate PTW and SIMOPS interfaces.
• Review completion and handover dossiers.
• Support Operations during start-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Applied Sciences.
• 8+ years major-project Oil & Gas commissioning.
• ICSS / ESD commissioning experience.
• Offshore / Brownfield exposure.
• Completion Management System knowledge.
• Experience with PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar.
• Strong start-up and system handover experience.
