Commissioning Lead (I&C)

We are recruiting an experienced Commissioning Lead – Instrumentation & Control to oversee offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities on a major Oil & Gas development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore I&C pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Monitor mechanical completion, commissioning and RFSU readiness.
• Manage system completion activities and completion databases.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor commissioning schedules and milestone delivery.
• Manage punch-list categorisation and clearance.
• Verify completion dossiers and handover documentation.
• Support offshore walkdowns and commissioning activities.
• Ensure safe system handover and HSE compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• 8+ years in major Oil & Gas commissioning.
• Previous supervisory or contractor/vendor oversight experience.
• Strong pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up exposure.
• Completion Management System experience.
• PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar.
• Strong knowledge of completion certificates and punch-list management.
• Offshore project experience preferred.
