We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead(Electrical Offshore) to lead commissioning, start-up support, system completion and handover activities for major offshore Oil & Gas facilities.

Position: Commissioning Lead(Electrical Offshore
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support commissioning activities covering Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Piping and HVAC, ensuring schedule and safety requirements are met during SIMOPS.
Manage handover activities with Operations, including RFC, RFSU readiness, early deliverables and commissioning.
Lead handover readiness reviews and system acceptance meetings with Contractors and Operations & Maintenance teams.
Supervise Contractor commissioning activities and ensure approved methodologies and system databases are properly followed.
Ensure commissioning spare parts and special tools are available and ready.
Support system completion, walkdowns and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
Coordinate commissioning and handover documentation, including procedures, method statements and check sheets.
Lead daily coordination meetings with Contractors and Company departments and act as a focal point for Quality, Engineering, Safety and other functions.
Maintain and implement lessons learned within the commissioning team.
Ensure the preventive maintenance plan is implemented during commissioning activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas project experience.
At least 3 years of commissioning experience with exposure to Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical and/or Piping.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory/lead experience.
Strong experience in commissioning, system completion, start-up and handover.
Experience coordinating with Operations & Maintenance teams.
Experience managing EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
Knowledge of LOTO and HSE requirements during commissioning.
Offshore experience is essential.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings and procedures.
Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
