Commissioning Lead (COMP9&2 ICSS)

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead (ICSS) to oversee offshore hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion activities for a major Oil & Gas project.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors, and ensure safe and efficient project delivery through to asset handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) commissioning activities.
• Provide technical oversight during offshore hook-up and commissioning phases.
• Review contractor procedures, testing documentation, and commissioning deliverables.
• Support EPC teams through technical reviews, workshops, and site testing activities.
• Assess technical deviations, exceptions, and new technologies for compliance.
• Monitor contractor progress, manpower loading, and project milestones.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Support systems completion, pre-startup safety reviews, and operational readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas commissioning experience on major projects.
• Strong experience in Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS).
• Experience in offshore hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems completion.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and commissioning processes.
• Ability to review P&IDs, datasheets, procedures, and technical drawings.
• Experience working with major EPC contractors, vendors, and operating companies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
