Commissioning Lead (COMP9 & 2 HVAC)

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead (HVAC) to provide technical leadership and commissioning oversight for large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with EPC contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure HVAC systems are commissioned safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC commissioning activities across engineering, construction, and start-up phases.
• Review commissioning procedures, technical documentation, and contractor deliverables.
• Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), workshops, inspections, and site commissioning activities.
• Verify contractor progress, testing, and commissioning performance.
• Assess technical deviations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support project schedules and recovery plans to meet critical milestones.
• Participate in audits, quality reviews, and system completion activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong HVAC commissioning and technical expertise.
• Experience with testing & balancing (TAB), refrigeration systems, and room integrity testing.
• Knowledge of commissioning, pre-commissioning, start-up, and systems completion.
• Ability to review P&IDs, datasheets, procedures, and technical drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
