CMMS Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a CMMS Analyst to support an onshore operations expansion project. The selected candidate will ensure that the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and its integration with SAP functions are efficiently developed, maintained, and ready for use from FEED through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, support, and maintain the CMMS tools integrated with SAP MM and PS.
  • Collect technical data for CMMS template preparation and build equipment hierarchies.
  • Conduct regular data checks and audits to maintain system integrity and accuracy.
  • Update and manage CMMS project documentation and ensure consistent data across systems.
  • Perform quality control checks for templates and load files in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Project teams to ensure system reliability.
  • Capture and validate cost centers and asset data to enable Work Order initiation.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate data transfer and CMMS readiness.
  • Support ongoing improvement initiatives for maintenance data governance and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure full CMMS readiness for handover during EPC and Start-Up phases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance, including at least 3 years with SAP / CMMS.
  • Proficient in asset maintenance data structures and equipment hierarchy management.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
