In this role, you’ll help shape the development of innovative cancer therapies for patients worldwide by driving evidence generation strategies that influence patient access, payer decisions, and global health outcomes.
This is a chance to work in a scientifically rigorous, highly collaborative environment where your expertise will directly support leadership in Oncology.

What You’ll Do

As a Manager, HEOR Oncology, you’ll:
  • Design & Deliver HEOR Strategies – Support the development and execution of evidence-generation plans aligned with product strategy.
  • Lead Studies From Start to Finish – Write RFPs, manage vendors, oversee budgets, and conduct research across observational studies, economic modeling, PRO measures, and more.
  • Turn Data Into Action – Translate complex scientific findings into compelling evidence that informs internal decision-making and external stakeholders (payers, advocacy groups, KOLs).
  • Collaborate Globally – Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Development, and more) to ensure evidence supports brand objectives.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Monitor regulatory and payer landscapes to proactively shape strategies.
What You Bring
  • 🎓 Advanced Degree (PhD, MS, MPH) in health economics, pharmacoeconomics, health services research, public health, or related field.
  • 📊 3+ years of experience in HEOR, with proven ability to independently deliver research projects.
  • 🧪 Strong grounding in at least one HEOR specialty: epidemiology, biostatistics, PROs, health services research, economics, clinical practice, or behavioral science.
  • 🌍 Breadth of technical skills, with expertise in at least one:
    • Economic modeling
    • Claims data & observational research
    • PRO measure development & analysis
    • Evidence dossier analyses (U.S. or international)
  • ✍️ Excellent communication skills and a track record of scientific & operational excellence.
  • 🤝 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
