∙ high mechanical-technical education;
∙ experience in designing piping 10-15 years;
∙ experience of the management group on design of pipelines, consisting of not less than 10 people;
* experience in following project phases: Conceptual design (Ph2), preliminary (conceptual) design and detailed design.
* experience in the design of piping connected to pumps, pressure vessels and tanks;
∙ experience on the device taps (hot, cold frame, etc.) and implementation of the overhaul of the plant;
∙ experience of construction work (supervision, a request for execution of engineering works, ancillary works during construction verification of construction site)
∙ the ability to perform planning, evaluation of tender proposals, preparing statements of costs, time and resources;
* possessing skills of work with programs such as AutoCAD and Microstation;
∙ basic knowledge of 3-dimensional design, knowledge of CAD programs (such as PDS/ PDMS/ smart 3D/ AutoCAD Plant3D, etc.);
∙ basic knowledge of stress analysis, static and dynamic, vibration, flow-induced/acoustic vibrations, globular motion;
∙ knowledge in the field of material properties and experience in the implementation of the choice of materials, interaction with the Supplier;
∙ knowledge in the field of manufacturing, testing, cleaning and maintenance of pipelines;
∙ the skills of calculations made during the analysis of the consequences of failure (FEA);
* knowledge of the standards of the RK;
∙ knowledge of standards ASME/ANSI, BS, NACE, NFPA and API;
∙ knowledge of the plan of shipment and transportation;
∙ the ability to manage a Department of pipeline, resource management, scheduling of vacations, personnel tracking/compiling attendance records, training plans;
∙ knowledge of the Russian, Kazakh, English language.
