Orion Group is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support our client’s Procurement Third Party Risk Management Office (TPRMO). This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the change management strategy for new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and tools, ensuring alignment across procurement functions and supporting organizational readiness for critical system launches.
This position requires a strong background in organizational change management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, and project delivery within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading change initiatives tied to technology, process adoption, and cross-functional transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy & Execution
- Partner with TPRMO and Procurement Strategy & Capabilities (PSC) teams to design and implement integrated change management strategies for TPRM processes and tools.
- Develop and manage change management plans, ensuring alignment with internal audit remediation activities and other enterprise initiatives.
- Maintain an integrated communications calendar across TPRM and PSC functions; coordinate functional communication, training, and change events.
- Support development of an external-facing TPRM SharePoint site for enhanced stakeholder communication.
- Engage with the TPRM Advisory Committee leaders to ensure sponsorship, ownership, and accountability.
- Keep sponsors and procurement business partners informed of project status, impacts, and key milestones.
- Enable sponsors to act as change agents by role modeling behaviors and messaging.
- Conduct assessments and develop:
- Case for Change, Stakeholder Map, Change Roadmap, and Change Dashboard
- Change Impact & Readiness Assessments
- Communication, Engagement, and Training Plans
- Partner with system implementation teams to align change management with upcoming technology launches, including:
- Process Unity (risk domains, date TBD)
- INTAIC (replacing ADCT/SET, March 31)
- Organizational Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) required.
- 7+ years of professional experience with demonstrated success in organizational change management.
- Strong background in project management and strategy development.
- Experience supporting technology or system implementations through OCM and training strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
