Orion Group’s pharmaceutical client’s International Pricing Excellence Team plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing global pricing systems and tools to ensure alignment with current pricing policies.
As a Business Support Specialist, you will support the team by resolving system issues, verifying data accuracy, testing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations and reliable business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Support & Troubleshooting: Track, investigate, and resolve help desk tickets related to pricing systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Business Technology Systems (BTS) team and other stakeholders to communicate issues, monitor progress, and provide timely updates.
  • System Testing & Verification: Perform validation and testing of system fixes, enhancements, and updates to ensure data integrity and proper functionality.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain business workflows by supporting system operations and proactively monitoring system health.
  • Data Validation & Reporting:
    • Run price validation reports comparing internal and external data sources.
    • Verify that pricing information is accurately flowing across internal systems and tools.
    • Consolidate findings and communicate observations or improvement needs to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic project management concepts and practices.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large data sets; familiarity with operating systems and data management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
