Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support integrated business functions across large-scale technical projects.
The role will focus on reporting, governance, risk management, compliance, manpower coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project business functions including reporting, governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure alignment with project management systems and execution requirements.
• Maintain risk registers, reporting structures, and lessons learned processes.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support manpower planning and organizational coordination.
• Review reports, presentations, governance documents, and approval packages.
• Monitor procedural compliance and support audits.
• Drive process improvements and business system efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in business/project-related functions.
• At least 12 years within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, governance, risk management, contracts, procurement, and reporting.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and large operating organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP, dashboards, and analytics tools.
