We’re working with a fast-growing, innovation-driven company in the industrial waste and water solutions space. They’re transforming how industrial clients manage difficult wastewater and waste streams through a proprietary, award-winning evaporation platform—and they’re now hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the U.S. heavy industrial market.
🔧 The Technology: At the core of their solution is a low-temperature, high-turbulence, direct-contact evaporation system. This patented technology avoids traditional fouling-prone heat exchangers by leveraging direct gas-to-liquid contact in a compact, high-efficiency zone. It operates using waste heat sources such as flare gas, turbine exhaust, and engine stacks—enabling clients to radically reduce liquid waste volumes while improving uptime and lowering costs.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and close new business opportunities across key industry verticals
- Lead consultative, solution-driven sales cycles with technical and C-suite decision makers
- Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and proposal teams to craft compelling technical and commercial offerings
- Manage pipeline development and reporting in line with sales targets
- Travel to customer sites for meetings, facility walk-throughs, and technical scoping
- 10+ years’ experience in technical or industrial sales (e.g., water, chemicals, oil & gas, environmental services)
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and waste/water treatment systems
- Hunter mentality with a track record of winning new, complex business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science) preferred
- Comfortable with frequent travel and independently managing a national territory
- High-impact, highly visible role with growth potential
