Exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing chemical manufacturing and distribution company. You’ll drive revenue growth across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on defence and industrial markets.

The Role:
- Generate and grow sales revenue across EMEA, with support to other territories when required.
- Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals.
- Drive organic growth within existing accounts and establish sustainable, profitable business with new customers.
- Support account management and channel development strategies, including distribution sales channels.
- Act as a respected commercial representative of the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Work collaboratively with the international sales team to execute growth strategies across defence, industrial, and medical markets.
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within defence, industrial, or related technical markets.
- Strong ability to evaluate markets and accounts strategically and tactically and execute actionable growth plans.
- Skilled in building influential commercial relationships across multiple decision-making levels.
- Track record of effective negotiation and value-based selling, with consistent delivery against revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable, with the urgency to manage sales funnels and overcome obstacles.
