Job Description/Role:


These are Shift roles which will be based on 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern including weekends and on 12 hour shifts

This is a rolling shift pattern - 4 x 12 hr days on, 4 days off, 4 x 12 hr nights on, 4 off 
  • 06:00 am to 06:00 pm - Days
  • 06:00 pm to 06:00 am - Nights

Building Controller Role: 

  • Manage the Building Controller pager during your shift and associated tasks
  • Opening and closing the building
  • Signing in/out with Contractors Control room
  • Counting on site No’s and relaying them to Contractors control room
  • Completing weekly exercise on a Monday and the paperwork required
  • Completing the monthly exercise at the beginning of the month
  • Being the Deputy during site emergencies and assisting to run the exercise
  • Keeping on top of all necessary paperwork
  • Counting and co-ordinating the respirators
  • First Aider
  • Fire Warden

Technical Clerk Role:

  • Produce, control and maintain Commissioning Life Time Records
  • Copy, scan and store documents within electronic document management system (EDMS)
  • Retrieve files as requested by project personnel
  • Any other Admin duties that are required

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working within a Commissioning Document Control department
  • Experience of delivering Document Control through SharePoint / Convero preferred
  • Understanding of SL document Control systems a benefit
  • IOSH Working Safely

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Building Controllers training course
  • 2 day First Aid qualification
  • Fire Warden training
