Length of assignment: 1 year to start

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Perform in vitro primary cellular assays to evaluate target biology using technologies like FACS, MSD, and qPCR
- Analyze biological samples by flow cytometry, including tissue processing and preparation, staining cells, acquiring data, and analyzing results
- Experience processing human or large animal lab species tissues
- Generate data in a timely fashion
- Inventory control of study samples and reagents
- Effectively and accurately record and report experiment results
- Bachelors with 3-5 years or Masters in cellular biology, immunology, or a related discipline with at least 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in performing flow cytometry assays, cell culture, and sterile technique
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization skills desired
Preferred:
- Experience in handling human or large animal lab species ex vivo samples
- Experience in flow cytometry panel design
- Proficiency in data reporting and FlowJo analysis software
- Experience working in a team environment to achieve goals and timelines
