Job Title: Barge Superintendent - Offshore Subsea construction

Location offshore SA

Duration 6 months renewable

Key Words:

This project is located in the BERRI oil field in gulf. Project scope includes 15 sea pipe recovery, 45 crossing points treatment, 8 sets of vertical pipe removal, 9 sets of vertical pipe installation, 13 sets of expansion bend installation, 5 sea pipe cleaning pressure test, etc. The working depth of the project is 0-35 meters.

Job Responsibilities

Assist project manager to complete the project prophase preparation, including the review of design, material preparation, chaired the meeting of Rig remove

Guidance and supervision of offshore construction project, to assist the project manager and technical problems encountered in the owner's project construction for communication, negotiation; at sea during the period of construction project management;


Language: English and Mandarin

Years of work: over 20 years of experience in the management, construction and operation of Marine engineering projects (among them, over 15 years of installation and transportation of offshore structures;

Experience in Marine pipe, vertical pipe and expansion bend installation, underwater engineering construction, more than 10 years of employment background in a world-class energy company, and at least 10 large Marine engineering projects.

Work experience:

 have various types of Marine engineering structures, subsea pipeline construction experience, familiar with international diving standards and engineering design and construction standards and specifications, familiar with QA/QC system in Europe and the United States and the Middle East;

 grasp the international forefront of ocean engineering design, construction and construction management experience;

 acquire a Saudi aramco specification and standard;

 familiar with offshore operation specification and process;

Construction experience in Middle East waters is preferred.

 language skills: English is the native language (Chinese is preferred);

 ability: have offshore installation platform, subsea pipeline construction experience, familiar with offshore construction process and construction preparation,

 be familiar with the industry standards.

Rich field construction experience and project management experience can help the project team to effectively communicate with the owner, identify project risks through my rich experience and improve the overall level of Saudi project management.
