Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Project Manager, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the creation of project plans, schedules, budgets and estimates
* Facilitating, supporting and/or undertaking project kick-off sessions
* Overseeing subcontractors and suppliers as relevant
* Managing and/or updating planning schedules, registers and trackers. Gantt charts, Issue Register, Risk Register, Lessons Learned, etc.
* Producing technical & planning update reports

Experience & Qualifications:
* Qualification/Certification in Project or Technical Management
* Full UK Driving licence
* Valid passport
* Willingness to travel and spend time away from work base as project requires
* Previous experience in Offshore/Marine environment in an engineering or project management capacity (Desirable)
* Knowledge of offshore procedures and standards (Desirable)
* Familiarity with quality management systems and issues management (Desirable)
