What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Maintenance Manager in leading day-to-day operations of the maintenance team
- Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of production machinery and systems
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and PLCs to diagnose and repair issues
- Drive equipment uptime, preventative maintenance schedules, and safety compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and plant efficiency
