Position:   Assets Maintenance Engineer 


Position Info: 


Work Location: Base Office (30 km away from the city centre)


Position Schedule: ASAP, 1 year


Qualifications & Experience:


Education: Higher education


Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field within Oil and Gas industry


Knowledge of Languages:  English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)


Other Skills/Certificates


Required:


Knowledge of assets and equipment and their maintenance techniques.

Knowledge of control equipment functionality and problem-solving action plan in line with

manufacturer recommendations.

Knowledge of all the Information Technology Systems supporting the asset maintenance.


Responsibilities:


• Ensure the correct and timely application of the planned maintenance models and their

diffusion

• Contribute to maintenance cycles continuous improvement in order to ensure the technical

and economic efficiency of assets utilization in conformity with Quality, Health, Safety and

Environment standard

• Contribute to the development of Asset Integrity activities to assure compliance, efficiency

and effectiveness of international regulatory instruments, Class and statutory

requirements, company standards

• Ensure the structure and the classification of equipment and technical sites

• Ensure the correct and efficient maintenance planning and identify the required resources

• Ensure in all areas the uniformity of the application of planned maintenance model in

order to avoid the creation and application of other different models

• Setup the maintenance system for the new assets and ensure the initial stock levels

• Ensure timely and correct development of technical reports and analysis

• Prepare the KPI and Dashboarding with regard to maintenance

• Highlight the improving areas of maintenance cycles ensuring the application of Company

maintenance models

• Support the asset planning

• Ensure the training of the maintenance operators for what concerns the operative and

auditing system in conformity with

• Company processes and procedures

• Ensure the correct application of Guide Lines and Corporate procedures during the

warehouses management

• Promote the identification of innovative solutions on failure detection and predictive

maintenance

• Monitor that Vessel certificates are available at correct location

• Ensure analysis and support on Management of Change of Asset and damage, malfunction

and failure

• Ensure support during Vessel audits or inspections, if required

• Prepare and carry out checks on vessels, ships, bases and yards to be in compliance with

regulations

• Prepare the yearly plan and support the Technical Inspection Management

• Collaborate with other departments to develop Asset Integrity Strategy

• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety,

Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;

• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
