Position: Asset Preservation and Mobile Equipment Coordinator
Position Info:
Work Location: Base Office (30 km away from the city centre)
Position Schedule: 12 months (renewable)
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Higher education
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of similar experience within oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)
Other skills/Certificates Required:
• Knowledge of techniques to coordinate activities, to monitor and control activity status,
verifying alignment with objectives.
• Knowledge of Spare Parts Management, Client Supply Chain Workflow (PR/ PO/
requisition, FAT/SAT, etc.) and warehouse management principles.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge and use of Maintenance Management tool (Planned Maintenance modules).
• Capability to perform hydraulic maintenance activities as per work instruction and
provided guidelines. Capability to organize and prepare a worksite, including but not
limited to tooling selection, scope of work review, HSE analysis and workflow reporting.
• Knowledge and application of preventive maintenance techniques. Development of
maintenance plans.
• Knowledge of hydraulic production systems layout, location of emergency shutdown
controls and valves, and to intervene on supply of fluid to reduce / stop the flow in case
of spill.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and co-ordinate personnel on the base and supervise equipment scheduling and
maintenance
• Assign work tasks to own team to execute maintenance activities
• Define maintenance work priorities and prepares a maintenance frequency schedule
• Supervise adherence to deadlines, costs, quality and safety standards
• Grant appropriate management of logistic/marine base to grant necessary support and
assistance to vessel operating in the area
• Manage personnel, asset and safety on the base
• Schedule and ensure Assets and Equipment overhauls/maintenance and co-ordinate
their implementation as per company requirement
• Ensure timely follow-up of required maintenance of the equipment
• Ensure that the required quantity of spare parts and materials are kept in stock through
the establishment of minimum and maximum stock levels, in order to ensure work
continuity and self-sufficiency for any planned maintenance activities and for
breakdowns that can be reasonably expected
• Order spare parts for scheduled maintenance in due time
• Ensure that the planning, execution, and material control for all maintenance activities is
carried out with the appropriate Corporate software applications wherever available
• Ensure that all equipment used is certified, in suitable condition and properly stored
• Ensure appropriate level of reliability
• Grant regular reporting as per company rules
• Grant a proper integration of maintenance tasks on machineries and equipment within
fabrication schedule
• Supervise the correct operation of warehouse management information packages
• Review the inventory of Patrimonial Assets on the base and handle technical and
operational requests on the base
• Supervise the correct storage and maintenance of assets in the base
• Grant the management of marine/logistic base concerning the support to vessel
operating in the area
• Ensure the correct application of the ISPS Code for the Port Facility in line with
contracting government requirement and in line with international standards
• Report near-miss events and incidents
• Ensure that the Permit-to-Work system is understood and operated
• Within his/her remit, arrange for delivery of shift Tool box Talks to the maintenance
crew and the preparation of JSA (Job Safety Analysis) if required
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety,
Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
