Exciting opportunity to join a leading LPG supplier, playing a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of gas for commercial and domestic use. The Asset Manager will have overall responsibility for all site functions — including operations, engineering, maintenance, process safety, compliance, projects, supply, and people — driving performance through a unified leadership approach. This is a permanent staff role and is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a major hazard site and lead it with clarity, confidence and technical authority.

The Role:
- Full operational and legal accountability for the entire COMAH facility
- Leading process safety performance and control of major accident hazards
- Driving asset integrity, statutory compliance, and preventative maintenance excellence
- Acting as primary liaison with regulators, including HSE, local authorities, and emergency services
- Delivering safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations aligned with operating requirements and business objectives.
- Owning and managing operating and capital budgets
Required Experience:
- Degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
- NEBOSH (or equivalent safety qualification)
- Significant experience leading high-risk, regulated industrial operations
- Deep working knowledge of COMAH regulations and UK HSE legislation
- Strong Process Safety Management and Asset Integrity expertise
- Track record of delivering capital projects, shutdowns, or turnarounds
