Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Supervisor to oversee the integration and hook-up activities associated with Project. This offshore role requires strong coordination, technical oversight, and safety leadership to ensure successful execution of all architectural aspects related to Brownfield modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety
- Complete all required offshore and safety training (IF+, HSE Golden Rules, T-BOSIET, H2S OPITO).
- Promote and enforce compliance with project safety procedures, standards, and KPIs.
- Lead Toolbox Talks (TBM), ensure SIMOPS awareness, and intervene on unsafe practices.
- Supervise architectural construction and pre-commissioning activities.
- Coordinate closely with contractors and subcontractors for technical compliance and schedule adherence.
- Review and validate drawings (AFC, Shop, As-Built), RLMU dossiers, and architectural material delivery to site.
- Contribute to constructability reviews, risk assessments, and design checks.
- Ensure proper management of CTR materials and offshore logistics to optimize Brownfield execution.
- Participate in technical meetings, inspections, and Permit to Work preparation.
The role supports a major offshore development project involving the construction and integration of:
- New Wellhead Platforms
- Riser and Flare Platforms
- Central Processing Facility (22–25kt)
- Offshore pipelines and infrastructure upgrades
The position includes complex Brownfield operations within a live production environment and under strict SIMOPS conditions.
- Experience: Prior work in offshore oil & gas projects, with proven track record in Brownfield construction and hook-up.
- Strong knowledge of architectural supervision, pre-commissioning, and EPCIC execution.
- Proficiency in technical standards and specifications (familiarity with MANASA and international codes).
- Fluent in English; excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Computer literate with strong analytical and coordination capabilities.
- Previous experience in Qatar or the Middle East is desirable.
- Willingness for occasional onshore missions or international travel as needed.
