Orion Group is on the hunt for a Admininstrative Assistant to join our global pharmaceutical client in Florham Park, NJ! Bring your organization skills, positive energy, and “make it happen” attitude to a team that keeps things moving!
You’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps calendars in sync, meetings on track, and projects moving forward — all while supporting a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage calendars, travel, and expense reports
✅ Support onboarding and internal documentation
✅ Maintain records, reports, and department files
✅ Collaborate across HR, Finance, and Operations teams
✅ Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
What You Bring:
✨ 1–3+ years of administrative or office experience
✨ Strong MS Office, Outlook, and SharePoint skills
✨ Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator
✨ A team player who takes pride in making things run smoothly
