Role Purpose

To assist in the monitoring and maintenance of certification records, and compilation of comprehensive Manufacturing Record Books (MRB's) against internal and client requirements.

To ensure that the internal document/record control processes are followed ensuring compliance and revision control of documents.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Generate, control and distribute Manufacturing Record Books (MRB's) in line with customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Track and control manufacturing records and certification from internal and external sources.
  • Interpret and cross reference detailed information across different documentation to verify compliance.
  • Liaison with internal and external suppliers and customers in relation to project documentation related issues.
  • Control of company procedures, specifications, manuals and standards, project quality plans and any other project or company related documentation in line with document control practices.
  • Documentation reproduction, filing, tracking and distribution.
  • Maintenance of company archives.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs.
  • Experience of scanning and PDF file management.
  • Extensive experience and a proven track record in an administrative environment essential

Desired Characteristics

  • Working knowledge of project documentation/certification systems and MRB's.
  • Experience within manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas industry preferred.
  • Experience within a quality assurance environment preferred though not essential.
  • Flexible attitude and proactive approach coupled with high quality customer service.
  • The ability to use own initiative in prioritising workload.
  • Ability to perform under pressure to deadlines without compromising standards.
  • First class organisational skills with particular emphasis on time management and attention to detail
  • Conscientious, hardworking and willing to perform additional duties to support the team.
  • A team player but someone who is equally comfortable working alone (self-motivated)
