Orion Group is seeking a senior-level Account Manager III to support our pharmaceutical client’s internal advertising agency. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires deep experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency and the ability to independently lead complex brand initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong strategic account leadership experience who can confidently partner with pharmaceutical clients, manage high-profile campaigns, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between pharmaceutical brand teams and the agency
  • Lead complex creative and promotional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Partner with internal creative, strategy, production, and external vendor teams
  • Guide development of tactical recommendations aligned to brand goals
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, communications, and execution quality
  • Manage ongoing stakeholder relationships and executive-level communications
  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical marketing compliance and PromoMats processes
  • Support financial forecasting, reconciliations, and operational planning

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of account management experience preferred 
  • 5+ consecutive years supporting pharmaceutical advertising agency clients
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategy and regulatory environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and high-volume projects
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
