Our Client are currently recruiting for 33kV Senior Authorised Persons with either a DNO training, authorisation or background.

Base Location: Hampshire, Wiltshire or Berkshire

We are looking for candidates to be based within or close to the geographic region covering West London, Slough, Oxford, Reading, Swindon, Melksham, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience of commissioning and protection and the ability to lead teams of Electrical Fitters and Jointer staff.

In this role you'll be potentially working on DNO Primary Substation asset replacement work, DNO New Connections (11kv & 33kV) or possibly large supply infrastructure projects on the Slough Trading Estate. You'll also be required to integrate as the technical lead for our Client's project delivery teams and will need to interface with clients and maintain their confidence. You'll also be responsible for Jointing and Fitting team members.

Finally, you'll have excellent attention to detail, as you'll verify, modify and issue construction and schematic drawings as required to complete installations. You'll also help ensure that our Client's HV construction projects meet the design specification and are delivered on time and on budget.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Current or prevous DNO Authorisations at 33kV (SFT, PTW etc).
  • Experience in Commissioning and Protection
  • Ability to issue safety documents and put skilled operatives to work.
