Job Description:
Orion Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Business development team for one of our major US clients! This team is dedicated to building relationships and trust with restaurant owners, gathering valuable insights about their businesses, and initiating the partnership process.
Success will be graded on your ability to both close deals and onboarding new restaurants to our company partner program, and also to drive recurring business & develop your book of business. .

Job Description:
Orion Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Business development team for one of our major US clients! This team is dedicated to building relationships and trust with restaurant owners, gathering valuable insights about their businesses, and initiating the partnership process.
Success will be graded on your ability to both close deals and onboarding new restaurants to our company partner program, and also to drive recurring business & develop your book of business. .
Responsibilities
- In-Person Visits (60%) - Conduct on-site visits to prospective restaurant partners in your assigned territory, initiating conversations and building relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and promote Program onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement business development strategies and enhance B2B sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
- 2-5 years Experience in B2B outside sales.
- 2-5 years closing sales experience.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales
- Must be able to travel and have own transportation. (all travel expenses are otherwise covered.)
- Familiarity with telemarketing and technology sales
- Experience using Salesforce and other CRM software
- Background in business development and outbound calling
- Ability to conduct warm calls and engage clients
- Familiarity with and the interest in the food service industry is preferred.
