My career began in the industrial sector, collaborating with industry leaders such as Honeywell, Baker Hughes, and Edwards Vacuum to name a few. My professional journey has taken me across the globe, including EMEA, the Americas, and APAC regions. I have led numerous senior-level retained searches across these geographies.

In my previous roles, I was entrusted with establishing new Executive Search functions in the Americas, focusing on the Future Mobility and Renewable Energy industries. I successfully built a company's footprint in the Americas from the ground up, developing their initial service offerings.
