​Gavin Beaton has worked in Energy Recruitment for sixteen years. As Group Recruitment Director he works with our international recruitment teams to ensure the highest standards of delivery are maintained. 

Gavin is a Fellow of the Recruitment Professionals (FIRP) and has a BA (Hons) in Business Management.
