I have been with Orion for 4 years and work within the HR function at head office as Group HR Lead - Leading the delivery of efficient and
effective Human Resources services to the Orion Group (predominantly
Africa, Americas, Middle East and the UK). Typically providing advice
and guidance across the Group on areas such as recruitment, compensation
and benefits, resource planning, staff deployment, HR policies and
procedure and the employment legislation for specific regions.
