As the Life Sciences Recruitment Operations Manager at Orion, I oversee recruitment team operations for multiple accounts, managing stakeholders, leading a team, and handling end-to-end recruitment. I ensure smooth onboarding, contractor management, and resource allocation while maintaining strong client relationships and driving team performance to meet KPIs.

• BCs in Business Management and REC accredited
