Day-to-day recruitment activities consist of  delivery of the full end-to end recruitment process: sourcing candidates  for both permanent and temporary roles from a wide variety of sources, vacancy advertising,  liaising with clients and candidates regarding setting up interviews, following-up for feedback, initiating the start of onboarding process for successful candidates, being main point of contact during the contractor’s assignment and also various other admin related duties including: verification of qualifications / training certificates, eligibility for work checks, taking employment references, arranging occupational health medicals  etc. Also attending networking and job careers events.

Areas of recruitment include skilled trade recruitment, engineering trades, and semi-skilled recruitment.
