Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Warehouse / Storeperson, based in Aberdeen
Warehouse holiday cover for our client in the Aberdeen area. Primary role will be to pick and send equipment and also receive stock, update SAP with bin locations, label stock, assist with stock counts and any other warehouse activities use of M2 Combie lift (B1, B2 and B3) and Reach Truck is essential - refresh courses can be conducted in house. The successful candidate will be required to work across x3 Aberdeen sites around the city to support with holiday cover. We're also happy to explore candidate who might be looking for a way into the industry that show drive and hunger to succeed in this field (onsite training provided)
Responsibilities: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Possess basic written communication skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic math. Basic PC skills. The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 6+ months related experience.
Contract position - duration: 3 months (holiday cover)
