Vice President Marketing

The Orion Partner Plus division are delighted to have been retained by a Global leader in Industrial Air Filtration solutions, who are seeking to onboard a Vice President of Marketing.

Located in Charlotte, NC with a full relocation package available, this is a Global role working within one of the clients specilaist divisions, that contributes over 35% of the group global revenue.

We are seeking an individual who results driven who is capable of generating leads, drive brand awareness, internal culture, and understanding. You will drive specific business development projects to generate growth in line with the strategy, which will require you to develop an in-depth understanding of the different markets (regulations, trends, customers, competitors etc). Indenify business opportunities, maket segmentation, value proposistions and to support generation of sales. You will lead the divisional communications group and ensure the organization is aligned internally and that customers understand our offering and value proposistions. In addittion, you will also be part of the global marketing team of global SVP Marketing and Communication and VP marketing in the other 3 divisions.

The business requires an individual who is "hands on", who can lead from the front, where you will be evaluated by leads generated, market presence, brand awareness internally and externally, as well as creation of market offer and business models.

Qualifications/Experience

BS/BA Degree required, MBA preferred

5-10 years related experience

Proven track record of marketing, culture building and lead generation

Experience in Business development and growth project activities

In-depth understanding of business fiunctions and principals and experience in developing and implementing of marketing and business strategies, budgets, projects ti optimise organizational success

Experience working in a multi- cultural, multi geography, International company.#
