Description:

The Combination and Medical Device Products team is developing a replacement infusion system for Parkinson' Disease therapy. We are entering the design verification phase of the project and hence are looking for high-performing and experienced technologists/test engineers to support the design verification campaign.

Skills: Proficiency with medical device design verification testing. Proficiency with data integrity, test method development, test execution, deviation reporting and management, data review and electronic notebooks.

Experience with medical device product launch and support

Requirements: Associates degree with 5 years of experience or Bachelor of Science degree with 3 years of experience, in a technical or scientific field.

Prior experience in a medical device laboratory (any of the following functions: research, development, quality, packaging, complaint investigations, failure analysis)

Desired: Graduate degree in a technical or scientific field. Prior experience with infusion systems (pumps and disposables) testing.

Environment: Mechanical medical device laboratory

Schedule: Eight hours a day, forty hours a week. Flexible schedule depending on the testing needs. There will be occasional overtime required, less than four hours a week. Hybrid: Nearly all of the work will be done on-site. There might be one day in two weeks that the candidate may be able to work from home.
