TRAVEL COORDINATOR - (7 MONTH MATERNITY COVER) - Sunbury.

This is a great opportunity to work with a large and established company.

This role will involve coordinating and consolidating all travel and compliance requirements for all personnel to travel to Iraq for a multinational energy supplier.

You will work closely with the Movements and Logistics Coordinator, in Iraq, for day to day travel, visa and emergency requirements and assisting with relevant policy requirements.

Requirements and Experience:

* Travel knowledge & experience.

* Working with Vantage System.

* Worked with a Travel Management Company.

* Data management.

* Diligence and attention to detail.

* Experience of working with diverse cultures.

* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

* Fluent English, verbal and written.

* MS Office skills.

* Professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, flexibility, reliability, influential and intuitive.

* Ability to adapt, multi-task, prioritise and effectively manage one's time to meet various requirements of the role.

* Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues in various offices.

* Experience of working in highly pressured environments and dealing with emergency situations.

* Arabic Literate (written and spoken) -PREFERRED NOT ESSENTIAL.

* Understanding or previous work experience of working with or in hostile environments.
