Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Transformation Team PMO, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities Include:
Assist in managing the Transformation Initiative Database, ensuring the relevant approvals / updates are sought and completed in a timely manner
Support timely delivery of accurate weekly / monthly reporting from the Transformation Initiative Database
Facilitation of regular Transformation Office meetings
Provide assistance as required to the Transformation Team in support of ongoing improvement work streams through both meetings and workshops

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience interacting and building relationships within / across teams;
Experience in planning / scheduling meetings and providing meeting support both during and after the session;
Successful track record in organizational ability and delivery of resolutions for schedule conflicts / changes;
Ability to provide support within meeting / workshop environment and deliver accurate summaries of noted minutes / actions.
