We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support our city centre Operator client. This is an immediate start 6 month contract.

Ideally you will have:
Previous experience of managing offshore training and competence
Be available immediately or within a week

Responsibilities will include:
Maintain the Competence and Training database and act as Focal Point for support on the system for Assessors, Candidates and Internal Verifiers.
Maintain assessor and verifier profiles; manage database logins and access privileges.
Manage access to the Company Learning Management System and produce reports of training required / delivered.
Develop, produce and distribute frequent Management and KPI reports.
Build and maintain a secure, confidential filing system for candidate, assessor and verifier generated evidence/records.
Manage training events and training arrangements (joining instructions, travel /accommodation) for on and offshore Company staff attending approved SHE related training.
Liaise with Contractor Companies on the training arrangements for Contractor staff when attending Company specific training.
Liaise with third party training providers and co-ordinate bookings as required.

Secondary education certificates in English, & Mathematics.

Business administration S/NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

Good understanding of MS Office suite (especially Word, Outlook, Excel).
Quick and accurate inputting of data.
Attention to detail.

Experience of data entry and use within bespoke database.
Knowledge of UK safety, health and environmental regulatory regime.
Understanding of operational and regulatory training requirements
