Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Training Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist with administration of training course catalogue
Assist with the booking of training courses for onshore and offshore personnel
Assist with administration of travel and accommodation for course attendees
Tracking training requirements
Raising requisitions for management approval to book training courses and issuing PO to supplier
Issuing and tracking course evaluation forms
Assist with ongoing administration of training course catalogue
Provide e-learning admin support for both onshore and offshore personnel
Update and maintain training records

Experience, Skills and Personal Qualities
Secondary education and proven track record in training administrative role(s)
Experience with Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with SAP systems preferred, however training will be given
Excellent written and verbal communication, including interpersonal skills
Interact with personnel at various levels within the organisation, maintaining relationships
Work effectively as part of a team, along with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently on own initiative
Present self in a professional manner which is representative of the Company
Produce work of a presentable and accurate standard
