Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Training Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Schedule training classes and coordinate travel logistics.
Process, update and issue documentation required for professional licenses, certifications and local regulatory authority.
Work closely with rig-based Safety Training Supervisors (STS) and shore based management to track renewals and re-certification for all Regional personnel.
Work with Learning & Development department to organise and coordinate internal training initiatives and workshops as required.
Work with Accounts Payable to set up vendors as needed.
Reconcile payments to vendors and hotels through rig-specific purchase cards and direct bill invoices.
Reconcile internal billing of training to appropriate assets (rigs).
Input, manage, and report on data in company-wide training management software system.
Maintain records and files as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience
High school qualification.
Significant experience in related field.
Strong customer service orientation
Task and detail oriented
Intermediate Accounting & Costing skills.
Strong work-flow software proficiency and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
