One of Europe's Largest Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) group is looking for driven, goal orientated Trainee Independent Financial Advisers to join the team in their Weybridge office. The company has been established for 30 years and are still expanding.

As a trainee you will be expected to prospect and cold call high net worth (HNW) individuals based in the Nordic Region to set up meetings for the IFA's to meet the client and close the business. You will be expected to make 50+ calls a day, have cold calling and sales experience from a previous role and have the ambition to become a fully qualified IFA.

To be successful you will also need:

  • Excellent prospecting and research skills.
  • To be self-motivated, tenacious, resilient and goal orientated.
  • The ability to handle and overcome objections.
  • Ambition to make MONEY and become an IFA.
  • The confidence to speak to HNW individuals and company executives.
  • Happy to work with one of the industry's leading experts, offering enviable training, advice and contacts.

The role will pay a basic of £20,000 with an achievable OTE of £45,000 PA.

However, most importantly, if you are successful and prove yourself you can become a fully qualified IFA. Fully Qualified IFA's earn £100,000 + in the first year and around £200,000 + in subsequent years.

This includes:

  • Continuous training including external classes and seminars
  • Study material and exams provided
  • Hotel and travel expenses provided

This role should be seen as a stepping stone on the path earning serious money. The last successful candidate became a qualified IFA within a year and earnt £70,000 whilst training.
