Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Tendering Project Manager, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Integrated Management System and project specific documentation
Identify personal training needs, bring them to the attention of the department manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities provided.
Liaise with clients on a regular basis and develop sound business relationships
Perform marketing of business line services within geographical areas of Company
Prepare pre-qualification and tender documentation in accordance with Company's IMS in consultation with Business Line Managers
Negotiate contract terms in consultation with the Contracts Manager
Handover contract information to Project managers in accordance with Company's IMS
Provide support to others in the Commercial Department
Participate in the production of Department and Company plans and budgets
Keep informed of the Company's capacities and capabilities in business lines and in general
Tendering Project Manager responsibilities for supervision of the Commercial Assistants to ensure that all schedules and deadlines are met

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in relevant survey related discipline (surveying, electronic engineering, geoscience) or project management.

Experience
Essential
Experience on projects encompassing any of the relevant survey disciplines used in offshore geophysical, environmental, nearshore survey, construction / positioning support or IRM

Desirable
Project management experience of the above captioned activities and/or commercial responsibility for the same.
