Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Tender & Business Development Coordinator, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Prepare effective proposals and presentations for business opportunities
Assist in the compilation of RFI's and tenders
Tender design, formatting, referencing and proofing
Ensure final tender submissions are accurate, complete, and meet deadlines
Assist in marketing activities that promote the Company profile
Attend any events related to the role
Support the business development efforts on servicers, new products and technologies
Research client and market information in support of key client pursuit plans

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in fast paced work environment
Excellent organisational ability
Advanced Microsoft Office ( Word, PowerPoint, Excel )
Relationship builder
Commercial awareness
Attention to detail with quality outputs
Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
Excellent communication skills ( both oral and written )
