Our client is a global energy company based in Nottingham.

An existing opportunity has to come to the Nottingham market for an experienced Temporary Report Formatter/Senior Administrator.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

To provide effective and efficient reports processing service to our clients UK sites.

  • Formatting of technical documents including spreadsheets and graphics
  • Photocopying, binding and paper distribution of reports in line with Customer requirements
  • Processing and submission of reports into Uniper online Library
  • Take personal responsibility for their own safety and in supporting the promotion of a positive safety culture to ensure that safety issues and targets are met, providing support to the BI&S Team Supervisor in leading by example and assist in the contribution of the development of new approaches to help deliver the vision of zero accidents;
  • Carry out administrative support duties for specific and relevant disciplines; this may be in a specialist or wider skill area, following business procedures, within Safety, Health, Environment and Quality standards.
  • Work with team members to achieve individual and team goals. Where relevant and necessary, produce written procedures.
  • Take ownership and be accountable for providing customer satisfaction through quality work and meeting target deadlines. When required, effectively represent the UTG business, in particular, whilst on customer sites.
  • Encourage effective communication both within the team and across the business and attend monthly business briefings.
  • Undertake training as the Business requires and be willing to train and coach others, sharing experiences.
  • Strive for continuous improvement within own and other work areas and embrace change quickly to help the business.
  • Undertake any other duties from time to time as appropriate to the Business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to work effectively and flexibly as a member of a team and willing to accept advice from others
  • Ability to work on an individual basis, managing workload and using own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good prioritisation skills
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; having a good command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Openly accept, promote and manage change as the business continues to evolve.
  • IT Skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, also Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of Adobe
  • Acrobat reader and writer.
