Temporary Engineering Administrator

We are seeking an immediately available Administrator for our Bridge of Don client. We expect the role to last for around 1-2 months but may extend.

Responsibilities will include:
Management of meeting rooms
Ordering of stationery/ photocopier supplies
Enter part numbers from lists into ERP 10
Maintenance of tracker spreadsheets
Scanning & filing for workshop & QC/QA of material, test certificates
Printing of paper manuals, drawings etc for customer deliveries
Create and print tool labels
Create and print box labels
RZ duties. e.g. raising of numbers, part descriptions, consolidating QAR information, Identifying duplicate parts in Standard Parts library (with appropriate training).
Maintaining the Engineering department Technical library.
Maintaining of Engineering information contained in all Project folders.
Revision of existing and production of new MS Word templates for all Engineering associated documents.
Controlling Engineering department document transmittal activities
