  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Industry recognised training qualifications.
  • Preferably with Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) / Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (T-BOSIET) and International Minimum Industry Safety Training (IMIST) certification.
  • 5+ years experience in oil and gas operational, technical and/or supervisory background.
  • Experienced in the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of HSE and technical training programmes.
  • Experienced in on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
  • Experienced in the workplace application of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Effective communicator in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to independently manage a range of responsibilities across multiple locations.
  • Strong internal drive and motivation to champion programme integrity and standards.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Medically fit to work both onshore and offshore locations; physically fit to work in hot and humid climates.
