To assist in providing technical, quality support to customers, distributors quality and sales dept.
The correct Candidate should be experienced in legislation and industry changes that effect the business and registration of products in various international markets.
Job Spec
- Technical support on company's products to customers, distributors and sales.
- Maintaining and developing technical relationship with customers, distributors and sales.
- Liaise with quality control in the production sites on audits/product release/product specifications.
- Legislation in both national and international markets.
- Registration of our products in various markets.
- Responsibility for customer complaints.
- Occasional quality analysis will be required.
