Working in the Configuration and Product Integration team of which the focus is on optimizing my client's wind parks focusing on new logistical setups and on integration of new products being delivered mainly from Concept Line.

The candidate will work closely with other departments, mainly Operations Logistics, Technical Integrity Management and Operational Business Analysis. The candidate will help explore new configurations for wind parks focusing on implementing new setups both short and long term.

You will work on several projects simultaneously and provide input to the logistical setup and long term strategies based on data available and looking a little further ahead into the future of what is coming.

A typical day:

You will be tasked with analysing the current logistical setup and service schedule of a wind park, gathering all necessary data for vessels and contracts. You will then optimize the setup as much as possible to drive down overall cost while ensuring that site can deliver on its scope.

Your tasks will focus a lot on setting up assumptions surrounding the setup in to actually create the ideal setup. These assumptions are then to be checked with both site and back-office.

You will also be tasked with providing input to long term strategies for both running assets as well as new bids.

You will be running these projects as a project manager, keeping track of several workstreams to ensure that all assumptions surrounding the logistical setup are correct and approved. You will spend much of your time engaging with experts and performing stakeholder management to make sure that the assumptions, both technical and commercial, are correct and up to date.

The end delivery is thus a logistical setup recommendation along with a supporting business case and implementation plan for each project where you will be involved.
