Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Technical Assistant, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Creation of purchase & service requisitions
Review and approval invoices
Coordinate and track maintenance repair/returns and test equipment recalibration
Tracking of equipment rentals and associated costs
Liaise with supply chain functions for materials tracking and expediting
Collate and analyse plant maintenance history and data to identify opportunities for improvement
Support CMMS Administrator and maintenance scheduler as required
Draft, coordinate and assist with management procedure revision and updates
Collate, monitor and report department KPI's and performance data
Establish, develop, and maintain electronic filing systems for the respective departments/functions

Qualifications & Experience
Excellent and efficient organisation skills
ONC/HNC in technical subject with experience in an Oil and Gas Operations environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel.
Familiarity with CMMS Systems and SAP desirable
Experience with databases, data manipulation and querying advantageous
