Job Title: TA General Support & Services (Ref:20181228TASGP)

Location: Shell Jurong Island

Working Dept: MTAC

Duration: 1 year

Job Description:

  • Develop & Implement master facility siting plan for each TA and pit-stop event;
  • Integrate the Logistics plan with Maintenance, Projects and Contractors need;
  • Inventory control & management for TA related asset, eg, walkie talkie, grid hp, portable lighting, BRM etc.;
  • Contractor welfare management - ensure clean Portable toilets , conducive rest tentage and support Shell Tender Loving Care (TLC) program;
  • Diesel control planning and volume usage tracking per contractor;
  • Allocate crane and site laydown as part of facility siting plan, including equipments and toolboxes storage area;
  • Establish logistics cost budget and cost control on allocated logistics budget;
  • Cleaners management for temporary TA facilities (eg TA village) and waste bin handling during TA execution;
  • Supervise and Coordinate with contractors for logistics plan implementation, eg Tentage erection, setup TA village;
  • Support administrative tasks - Ta passes, shutdown passes, carpark issues, sponsor JI pass/Pcs pass/Seraya pass, vehicle pass;
  • A permit applicant to apply for PTW, for TA logistics setup & demob;
  • Liaise with SJI internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (eg, SLA/JTC/PCS) to obtain approval for TA related logistic requests;
  • Facilitate and support TA related workshops & celebration, eg TA team alignment session, TA milestone achievement celebration.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Post-Secondary education.
  • Preferably possess at least 2 years relevant working experience in chemical or oil and gas industry
  • Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Possess effective inter-personal and communication skills
